I am 13 years old by the waygo to salvos or something like that or what i would is just get a plain white top from somewhere & decorate it yourself & get jeans & cute them like shorts i think that would look good :}

You know, thrift stores, second hand places, the Salvation Army.
But if you want some other tips for like hair and accessories, wear your hair down, put little braids in a few places, wear a piece of string around your forehead, chuck on some sandals, add a few colorful beaded bracelets and if you have a vest kind of thing you should wear that too.
You might even want to look up images of Google for some more ideas.
