Why are the flags at half mast?

  • i dont know if they are everywhere but they are at half mast in pa

  • It's in honor to the fallen officers. Usually put up during memorial or veterans day. It sometimes means the morning of the country like during Sep. 11

  • yes I was wondering the same thing! They are half-mast here in MA too...Maybe it's like some sorta memorabilia

  • because Gov. Knoll died recently and they're supposed to stay at half until they bury her.
